ABOUT
When our great-great-grandparents moved to Jamaica from China in the 1800's, they had to adapt and use local produce to recreate the flavors and textures of their traditional Chinese dishes. Over the years the cuisine has evolved, keeping the essence of beloved recipes handed down through generations, but infused with the delicious spices, techniques and vibes of the Caribbean. Soy sauce and pimento, oyster sauce and scotch bonnet pepper - the result is a party in the mouth and belly for everyone to enjoy.
We're a family owned and operated food truck, sharing a taste of our culture with the Greater Atlanta area.
